Leadership Development Programs

Front Porch Partnership’s goal is to bring leadership development to the church and its leaders and create a pathway to health and growth. We do this by creating custom leadership development programs for each individual church that address their unique needs and challenges. Our programs include:

• Assessments: we utilize several different individual and team assessments to set a baseline of where your leadership health is in real time and where you can grow. Some assessment categories include leadership, communication, team performance, and more.

• Coaching: we provide expert coaches who guide you towards your desired outcomes, as well as growth areas seen in your assessments. They seek to help you set goals and actionable steps to bring you the highest impact.

• Training: team trainings are created for you and your team based on your current needs and challenges. These can be customized to a particular team and delivered in a way that works best for you.

• Reassessments: we conclude a program by providing the same assessments that you completed in the beginning. This allows us to highlight areas of improvement as well as future pathways for continued leadership development.
