Jason Conner is a seasoned professional with a rich background in both the aviation industry and pastoral leadership. With close to two decades of experience as a pilot and flight crew instructor, Jason’s commitment to excellence and his passion for cultivating effective leaders has been evident throughout his career.

Having successfully transitioned from the flight deck to the pulpit, Jason has dedicated the past decade to serving as a pastor within the Acts 29 and Portico Church networks. Drawing on his extensive experience in leadership development, he has embraced the opportunity to develop, coach, and empower individuals within these communities.

Driven by a deep desire for revitalization and growth, Jason focuses his efforts on equipping emerging leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. His unique blend of expertise from the airline industry and pastoral ministry allows him to bring a fresh perspective to the art of leadership, fostering an environment of innovation and progress.

Jonny is an expert in ministry spaces, drawing from his fruitful 15-year career in full-time ministry. With a diverse range of experiences, he has assumed every conceivable role within a church, from overseeing the operations of a church plant to leading small groups, spiritual formation, preaching, leadership development, and even worship. Jonny grew up as a pastor’s kid and formerly served as the Executive Pastor at Portico Church in Arlington, Va.

Throughout his journey, Jonny has developed an intimate understanding of the distinctive challenges faced by pastors, owing to his extensive involvement in various roles and teams. Complementing his practical experience, he holds a solid foundation in business administration and project management, and is an ICF certified coach.

Jonny’s true passion lies in leadership and team development, fueled by his unwavering desire to leverage his unique experiences and expertise to provide pastors with invaluable coaching, training, and encouragement in their calling.

Donny is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader known for his role as the founder and CEO of CoConstruct, the top-rated cloud-based software designed for custom home builders and remodelers.

For over a decade Donny bootstrapped CoConstruct, bringing on Serent Capital as a private equity partner in 2018, exiting the business with a sale to a strategic acquirer in February 2021. By the time of the acquisition, CoConstruct boasted a team of 170 employees serving over 6,000 building companies worldwide, overseeing billions of dollars in residential construction projects annually on its platform.

Donny serves on the Boards of BQE Software and Studio Designer as Product & Technology Chair, both portfolio companies of Serent Capital. Additionally, Donny manages various angel investments, nurturing promising startups and entrepreneurs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Master’s degree in IT Management, both earned from the University of Virginia. Donny and his family belong to Portico Church, an Acts 29 church plant.
